Dreamland Resort is a resort invested and built by Guangdong Taishan QiaoDu Spa & Resort Co.,Ltd as the standard of national 4A level scenic spot, located in Langnan village, Baisha Town, Taishan City, which is in the valley of hilly area. Dreamland Resort covers an area of 2400 acres and the first phase includes: Lake Townhouse, Spa Centers, Mingquan House Restaurant, Open-air Headspring Bar, Visitor Center, Employee Dormitory, the capital investment is nearly 130 million Renminbi. The main hotel built in the second stage of first phase has 358 deluxe rooms, conference centers, health and entertainment centers, restaurants and other supporting facilities, it began by the end of 2009 and is expected to put into use by the end of 2010, the planned capital investment is nearly 130 million Renminbi, 60 hotel villas built in the third stage of first phase is being planned. The estimated investment of first phase project is 350 million Renminbi, and the construction of hot springs resort district is planned to be fully completed in five years.
